 The Heart of SuperNova Program

The Heart of SuperNova program blesses nominated military affiliated children with heart issues with needed items to provide a place of hope and healing for both the child and their parents.

The Heart of SuperNova program by Military Hearts Matter is inspired by sweet baby Nova, a daughter of a military family, who passed away from a heart condition at fourteen months old.

Medical battles take a toll on the entire family. This program offers a small ray of joy and comfort letting the family know that they are loved and supported during a difficult time. Help us out by becoming a sponsor or nominating a military child with a heart condition.
